Cancellation and Termination Policy

This Cancellation and Termination Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which users ("you," "your") may cancel their subscription and the circumstances under which Ooulet ("we," "us," "our") may terminate user accounts. By using Ooulet, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
- Cancellation by Users
- You may cancel your Ooulet subscription at any time by following the instructions provided within your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly and Quarterly Plans:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the billing period.
- Yearly Plans:
- You can cancel your yearly subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the year unless you qualify under our Refund Policy.
- How to Cancel
- To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Account Settings in the app.
- Select Subscription and choose Cancel Plan
- Confirm your decision to cancel.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@ooulet.com to request cancellation.
- Data Retention After Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, your account and all related data (e.g., store information, products, customer details) will be available for 30 days to allow for data retrieval or account reactivation.
- After the 30-day period, all data will be permanently deleted unless otherwise specied in our Data Retention Policy.
- Termination by Ooulet
- Ooulet reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts under specific circumstances, which include but are not limited to violations of our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or other related policies.
- Grounds for Termination
- Ooulet may terminate your account for the following reasons:
- Violation of Platform Policies:
- Repeated or severe breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy, including the use of illegal content or activities.
- Non-Payment:
- Failure to make payments for any subscription plan after due notice.
- Fraudulent Activity:
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior, abuse of the platform, or using false information.
- Violation of Laws:
- Conducting activities that are illegal or otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Immediate Termination
- Ooulet reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately without prior notice in cases of:
- Fraud
- Criminal activity
- Threats to platform security (e.g., hacking or data breaches)
- Notication of Termination
- In the event of account termination (except for immediate termination as described above), we will notify you via electronic channels. You may appeal the termination by contacting us at support@ooulet.com within 10 days of receiving the termination notice.
- Effect of Termination or Cancellation
- When an account is terminated or canceled, the following will apply:
- Access to the Platform:
- You will lose access to the Ooulet platform, including all data, content, and features.
- Data Deletion:
- Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted after 30 days, as outlined in the Data Retention Policy.
- Outstanding Payments:
- Any outstanding payments for services rendered prior to termination or cancellation must still be fullled. Ooulet reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for any unpaid balances.
- Reactivation of Account
- If your account is canceled or terminated and you wish to reactivate it, you must contact our support team. Reactivation is subject to the following conditions:
- Within 30 Days:
- You may reactivate your account within 30 days of cancellation or termination by paying any outstanding balances or resolving the issue that led to termination.
- After 30 Days:
- After the 30-day period, your data will be permanently deleted, and you will need to create a new account to use Ooulet.
- Refunds for Cancellations or Terminations
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. In general:
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription if canceled mid-term.
- If your account is terminated for violating platform policies, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Changes to the Policy
- Ooulet reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Termination Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or app, and users are encouraged to review the Policy periodically.
- Amendments to the AUP
- Ooulet reserves the right to update or amend this AUP at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website or within the app, and we encourage users to review this policy regularly. Your continued use of Ooulet after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised policy.
