- Intellectual Property Ownership
- All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Ooulet platform are owned or licensed by Ooulet unless otherwise stated. This includes:

- Graphics, images, text, videos, and other multimedia content excluding UGC.

- User-Generated Content
- As a user of Ooulet, you may upload, create, and share content such as product descriptions, logos, images, and other media ("User-Generated Content"). By doing so, you agree to the following:

- You must own the rights to the content you upload, or have proper authorization from the rights holder.
- License Grant:
- By uploading content, you grant Ooulet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform as necessary to provide the service.
- Compliance with Laws:
- Your content must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
- Prohibited Activities
- You agree not to upload, publish, or distribute any content on Ooulet that:
- Infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
- Uses copyrighted material without permission or a valid license
- Contains unauthorized copies of software, music, videos, books, or other protected content.
- Violates any laws or regulations related to intellectual property.
- Reporting Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement
- If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by a user on Ooulet, you may le a complaint by following the process outlined below:
- Takedown Notice
- If you are a rights holder or authorized agent and believe that content on Ooulet infringes your copyright, you may submit a Takedown Notice as per Indian copyright Act (1957). The notice should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
- The location (URL) of the infringing material on Ooulet.
- Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

- Other Intellectual Property Infringement
- If you believe your trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us with the following information:
- A description of your intellectual property and the alleged infringement.
- The location (URL) of the infringing content on Ooulet.
- Your contact details.
- Any supporting documentation or evidence of ownership.
- We will investigate all claims and may remove or disable access to the infringing content, and take other actions as necessary.
- Counter-Notication
- If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled in response to a copyright complaint, you may file a counter-notication. Your counter-notication should include:
- Identication of the material that has been removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentication.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the High court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who led the original complaint.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Submit your counter-notication to: support@ooulet.com.
- Subject Line: Counter-Notication
- Upon receiving a valid counter-notication, we may reinstate the content unless the complaining party files a court action seeking a restraining order or injunction.
- Repeat Infringers
- Ooulet reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This may include:
- Multiple violations of copyright or trademark claims.
- Failure to comply with notices or other legal requests related to intellectual property
- Limitation of Liability
- Ooulet acts as a platform for user-generated content and is not responsible for monitoring the intellectual property rights of content uploaded by users. We rely on rights holders to notify us of any infringement, and we respond promptly to such notices in accordance with applicable law.
- Amendments to This Policy
- We may update this Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our platform. Any updates will be posted on our app or website, and we encourage users to review this policy periodically.
