    1. The purpose of this AUP is to ensure that Ooulet remains a positive and productive platform for all users. Any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive to the service or to other users is strictly prohibited.

    1. You agree not to use Ooulet for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

        1. Engaging in any activity that violates any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
        2. Selling or promoting illegal goods or services, such as counterfeit products, prohibited substances, or illicit financial services.
      2. Harmful and Abusive Behavior
        1. Harassing, threatening, or harming other users.
        2. Engaging in abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful behavior or language.
        3. Encouraging self-harm or violence towards others.
      3. Intellectual Property Infringement
        1. Uploading or selling products that infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
        2. Using content that you do not have the legal rights to use (e.g., unauthorized use of images, text, logos).
      4. Spam and Unsolicited Messages
        1. Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or promotional content (i.e., spamming) to users.
        2. Creating fake accounts to send spam, manipulate the platform, or commit fraud.
      5. Malicious Activities
        1. Distributing viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.
        2. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Ooulet’s systems or other users’ accounts.
        3. Interfering with, disrupting, or attacking the platform or its security features.
      6. Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices
        1. Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to false advertising, creating fake stores, or manipulating product listings.
        2. Misrepresenting your identity or the nature of your business.
      7. Violating Privacy
        1. Collecting or storing personal data of other users without their consent.
        2. Sharing or publishing personal information (e.g., addresses, payment information) of others without permission.
  3. Fair Use
    1. Ooulet is designed to help users create and manage their eCommerce businesses. Excessive use of system resources that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other users may result in actions taken by Ooulet, such as throttling, suspension, or termination of your account.
  4. User-Generated Content
    1. You are responsible for all content that you create, upload, or publish on Ooulet, including product listings, descriptions, images, and other media. The following guidelines apply:
      1. All content must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
      2. Content must be accurate and must not mislead users.
      3. Offensive, obscene, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited (Prohibited Products.)
  5. Monitoring and Enforcement
    1. Ooulet reserves the right to monitor user activity and content on the platform to ensure compliance with this AUP. We may take any of the following actions if a violation of this policy is detected:
      1. Warning or Notification
        1. We may notify you if your actions violate this policy and request that you take corrective action.
      2. Suspension or Termination
        1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ooulet without prior notice if you violate this AUP.
      3. Removal of Content
        1. Ooulet may remove any content that violates this AUP or that we deem inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of our policies.
      4. Legal Action
        1. Ooulet may report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with law enforcement in the investigation and prosecution of such activities.

    1. If you become aware of any activities that violate this AUP, please report them to us by contacting: support@ooulet.com.
    2. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action as needed.

    1. Ooulet reserves the right to update or amend this AUP at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website or within the app, and we encourage users to review this policy regularly. Your continued use of Ooulet after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised policy.
